Pouteria Lucuma Pulp Extract
Extraction: Pouteria lucuma is a species of the family of the Sapotaceae, originally from Peru. Its fruit, the lucuma, is considered a superfood. It is used in gastronomy for its characteristic intense flavour, but it also has an important concentration of proteins and fibres.
