Griffonia Simplicifolia Seed Extract

Obtainment: This extract is obtained from Griffonia seeds, a woody shrub native to West and Central Africa.

Benefits: It provides a film on the skin that protects it from environmental damage. This lifting effect leaves the skin much firmer and rejuvenated. It also acts as a sunscreen against UV radiation. As a curiosity, it should be noted that the seeds of this plant have a high concentration of the natural precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter popularly known as "the hormone of happiness".
