Agita os produtos antes de usar, para homogeneizar bem os ingredientes naturais.

Com o cabelo húmido, aplica 1-2 doses de champô de forma homogénea por todo o cabelo. Massaja suavemente o couro cabeludo, enxagua com água morna abundante e volta a repetir a lavagem.

Em dias alternados, é possível substituir o champô pelo co-wash para uma limpeza mais frequente. Espalhe-o por todo o cabelo e massaje suavemente. Lavar com água morna e reaplicar algumas gotas de co-wash.

Aplique 2-3 doses de creme na mão e espalhe uniformemente sobre o cabelo húmido após a lavagem, massajando os caracóis com os dedos, do meio às pontas.
