GOJI BERRIES

Extraction: Goji berries grow in a 2 or 3m high shrub and are cultivated mainly in Chile. The berries are very delicate and must be collected with great care, to later be dried either in the sun or by mechanical drying.

Benefits: Goji berries are one of the best known superfoods. This berry contains large amounts of necessary micro and macronutrient concentrates such as different types of polysaccharides, proteins, fiber, amino acids, essential minerals, essential vitamins (vitamin C, A, E, B1, B2 and B6) and phenols.
