GLYCERYL STEARATE SE

Extraction: This ingredient is derived from glycerin and stearic acid, a fatty acid obtained from plant-derived oils to which a small amount of Potassium Stearate is added as a co-emulsifier. It is found naturally in the human body so it is totally respectful of our skin.

Benefits: Acts as a lubricant on the skin surface, giving it a smooth and soft look. It also slows water loss by forming a protective barrier and protects the skin from free radical damage. In terms of formulation, it also helps to stabilise oil-in-water emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances present.

PENTYLENE GLYCOL

Obtención: El pentilenglicol natural se obtiene de fuentes renovables vegetales, como la caña de azúcar o la mazorca de maíz.

VEGETABLE GLYCERIN

Obtención: El aceite de crambe es obtenido a partir de las semillas de la Crambe abyssinica, una planta nativa de la zona del mediterráneo.

RICE BRAN WAX Eco

Extraction: this light yellow wax is extracted from rice oil.

Benefits: it acts as a skin softening agent and is especially recommended for dry skin as it is very moisturising. It is a good layer-forming agent that prevents skin dehydration.

SUNFLOWER OIL Eco

Rich in vitamin E and caffeic acid, it becomes a natural antioxidant that helps positively when it comes to keeping the skin in good condition. In addition, it is also useful in the treatment of dermatitis.

ACEITE DE RICINO

Obtención: Se obtiene en el prensado en frío de las semillas de la planta Ricinus communis.

Beneficios: Tiene un alto contenido en antioxidantes, proteínas, minerales y vitaminas. El ácido ricinoleico que contiene combate los microbios, ayudando a purificar la piel. Es un potente hidratante que ayuda a mantener la humedad de la dermis y aporta un extra de suavidad. HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL

Extraction: Castor oil is an amber-coloured plant-derived oil obtained by cold pressing the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant. This plant is found in India, Africa and parts of South America, although it is currently mostly consumed in the United States.

Benefits: It acts as an emollient agent, as it is highly moisturising and softening. It is remarkable that it is quickly absorbed into the skin and nourishes from the inside so it is especially indicated and beneficial for dry and sensitive skin. In addition, it also has anti-ageing properties by stimulating collagen and elastin production and, hence, reduces the appearance of expression lines.

CERA DE GIRASOL

Obtención: Esta cera se obtiene de las pepitas de girasol Helianthus Annuus, principalmente del pericarpio y de los tegumentos.

Beneficios: Destaca por su contenido en ácidos grasos esenciales y vitaminas A, D y E. Representa un excelente agente reparador y actúa contra la oxidación de los lípidos de la piel. Previene la deshidratación y tiene propiedades calmantes, nutritivas y antibacterianas.

HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE

Extraction: gelling agent derived from cellulose.

ACEITE DE OLIVA Eco

Obtención: Se obtiene de la primera presión en frío de aceitunas.

ACEITE DE MAÍZ

Obtención: El maíz es una gramínea originaria del centro de México y de cultivo muy extendido actualmente. Tiene propiedades diuréticas e hipotensoras, y forma parte de la alimentación en muchas culturas.

Beneficios: Es un buen emoliente. En su composición se encuentran glicéridos de los ácidos linoleico y oleico. Actúa como condicionante de la piel y del pelo.

JOJOBA OIL Eco

Jojoba oil is extracted from Jojoba seeds (simmondsia chinensis). Actually more than oil it is a kind of wax that at room temperature is liquid. It composition contains 96% of ceramides. Ceramides are substances that coat the cells of the epidermis and help regulate their hydration intensively. Jojoba oil contains linoleic acid, which is a very effective natural skin regenerator.

ACEITE DE PEPITA DE UVA

FRUTA

Obtención: La uva, fruta de sabor dulce, se obtiene de la vid y está compuesta en mayor parte por agua y fibra. El aceite de pepita de uva es el resultado de la extracción por presión. Aporta vitamina E, taninos, omega 6 y una gran cantidad de antioxidantes que ayudan a que nuestros tejidos y órganos estén protegidos de los radicales libres.

XANTHAN GUM

Xanthan Gum is a polysaccharide derived from the fermentation of carbohydrates such as glucose or corn syrup. It is used as a binder, emulsion stabilizer and skin conditioning agent in a wide variety of cosmetics and personal care products, including bath products, makeup, skin and hair products, and toothpaste.

DECYL OLEATE

Extraction: obtained from oleic acid of plant-derived origin, present in oils such as olive, avocado, safflower or canola.

Benefits: it acts as a non-greasy lubricant for the skin surface, giving it a soft, light and non-greasy appareance.

JAPAN WAX

Extraction: this wax is obtained from the mesocarp of the berries of the Japanese wax tree, which grows mostly in China and Japan.

Benefits: acts as an emollient agent and viscosity enhancer in many cosmetic formulations.

ROSA CANINA FRUIT OIL/ROSEHIP OIL

Extraction: it comes from the fruit of the Rosa Canina (or dog rose), a thorny and perennial shrub of the family of rosaceae which is found mainly in Europe, northwest Africa and western Asia.

Benefits: its fruit, called rose hip, has important antioxidant properties thanks to its high content in vitamin C. It also has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids and helps to restore skin firmness thanks to its nourishing and astringent properties.

SODIUM PHYTATE

It is a salt of phytic acid, a compound of vegetable origin derived from corn. It is used in cosmetics as a chelating agent.

SODIUM BICARBONATE

Extraction: although it can be found in nature as a natural mineral, it is mixed with other minerals such as limestone or sodium carbonate. Because of this, its purified obtaining is of synthetic origin.

Benefits: it has a widespread use in food and hygiene. It helps to balance the pH of the formula and has cleansing and exfoliating properties.

SORBITAN OLIVATE

Obtención: Es un emulsionante libre de PEG, basado en ácidos grasos del aceite de oliva, esterificados con un azúcar natural llamado sorbitol.

VITAMIN E

Tocopherol is a vitamin found in vegetable fats and oils, cereals, nuts and green leafy vegetables. It is used in cosmetics for its antioxidant properties.

BLACK IRON OXIDE

Extraction: pigment of mineral origin.

Benefits: it acts as black colourant.
